Where We Work — Hudson Valley & Danbury CT
Division Seven Millwork is based at 12 White St in Buchanan, NY, and we build cabinetry and remodel kitchens for homeowners across Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess County in New York, plus Danbury, Connecticut. Owner Micah Beatty has worked these towns himself since 2001 — close enough to be in your kitchen quickly, and rooted enough to know the housing stock you're dealing with.
Four counties, one craftsman
Our shop sits in northern Westchester, which puts most of the lower Hudson Valley within a short drive. We work close to home on purpose — it's how Micah can stay personally involved in every job instead of handing it off to a crew.
Westchester County, NY — Our home county. Buchanan, Peekskill, Cortlandt Manor, and Yorktown are all minutes from the shop. We're licensed in Westchester (#WC-38068-H24) and know the mix here well: historic homes near the Hudson, mid-century suburban developments, and established family neighborhoods with original kitchens that are due for an update.
Putnam County, NY — Mahopac, Carmel, and Putnam Valley sit just over the line. This is lake country — Lake Mahopac, Lake Gleneida, Lake Peekskill — full of year-round homes, cottages, and second homes. We hold a Putnam County Home Improvement license (#51556) and have done lake-house renovations here, including for Veva Properties.
Dutchess County, NY — Fishkill is our foothold to the north, a fast-growing commuter town with newer construction and busy households that want a kitchen that keeps up.
Danbury, CT — Our one Connecticut market. Our home-improvement licensing is New York–based, and we serve Danbury homeowners directly across the state line with the same craftsman approach.
